When i first started smoking (only around 1 and a half years ago), i started with light cigarettes, smoked 3 or 4 a day. I was telling myself that i'm gonna keep it that way, but now as of today, i smoke a full pack in 2 or sometimes 3 days. From the daily 3-4 cigs, i went to smoking 3-4 both at the same time lol

Things to remember while smoking cigarette for the first time

My first: walking home the four long blocks from the school where I teach. I didn't know how to hold it. My fingers, clamped on the little cigarette, looked porcine, oversized, poorly positioned.. Like breathing in smoke. It's not super hot but it scratches the mouth throat And lungs. Also they will feel a bit nauseous and maybe even throw up. Small headache is also common. It's been a long time but I remember my first cigarette was herbaceous, harsh, and felt like inhaling fiberglass.
